Wargames Table. Nothing in this hobby is easy...

I've flocked my table. I'm not 100% sure about it. It still seems a bit bare and patchy in places. Im wondering if there is a way to spray white glue in small areas and add more flock. I tried it with a paintbrush but the flock seemed to just clump in those areas...

I've got a few houses and trees but probably not enough for the table which is 6.5ft by 5ft. Anyway  job done for the moment...

Your table looks good. 3m makes a spray adhesive that could be what you're looking for. On my regular gaming table I used different fine layers of flock and as it gets worm it looks more and more natural. Good job all round though. Congrats

You will best served by using a spray bottle.

Brushing can cause a lot of clumping.

That actually looks pretty good, no need to worry about a few patches they just add to the realism. If you are set on adding more sg or flock though, I use a 50/50 mix of pva and water in a plant spray (one of those de-mister things). Hairspray is a great sealant when you're finished.

Thanks for the kind comments. I'm worried spraying on more PVA will mean the grass fibres will just sits on top of the grass that's there...

Might fill in the worst patches and have a game first before deciding how to go about fixing the rest!

I thought about using matt spray varnish afterwards, but never thought about hairspray!!!

Table looks great. It seems very natural as is so I wouldn't worry too much about adding more flock.
